Return & Exchange Policy

At Ard Al Musk, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Products must be in mostly unused condition with at least 99% of the content remaining and should be in their original packaging.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must not show signs of excessive use, damage, or tampering.

Return Process

• To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [insert email] with your order number and details of the issue.
• Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
• Returns are processed within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the product back at our warehouse.
• Please note that delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange a product, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the item and shipping the replacement.
• For orders over Rs.5,000, we only offer exchanges and do not provide refunds. However, we'll happily exchange the product for something of equal value.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.
• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note, refunds are only applicable for orders below Rs.5,000, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items

• If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or if the wrong item was sent, we will take full responsibility for the return and exchange process but with a legitimate proof.
• We cover all delivery charges in cases of damage, leakage, or incorrect product shipments. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any such issues.
